- Hands-on experience with Python and ML/DL frameworks
- Experience with NLP, LLM, retrieval, or agent systems
- A strong habit of measuring and communicating model behavior
- An AI-native working style: use AI coding agents daily for research, implementation, testing, and debugging, and verify their output
- Own problems through to production, with the focus to resolve critical issues across time zones, including evenings or early mornings when needed
02Backend Engineer
